What a day...

I just knew that today would be a good day. I woke up very happy because today is the day that i'm going to go to Bessie Mae’s sunflower field. Sunflowers have always made me happy considering it reminded me of my mom. My mom was going through a tough time a few years ago, she was addicted to drugs and I would always bring her sunflowers that made her happy.

I got dressed and started to walk outside to go to the festival and I looked to my left and saw a Jason mask propped up against a tree. I thought to myself, “This is very strange why is this mask here?” I continued my walk to the festival still very content. Further down the sidewalk I saw a bunch of dogs tied to a tree. The big animal lover I am, I ran right to them. I sat down with them and played with them. I started to look around to see if there was anybody around that these dogs might belong to. There was nobody, I was the only one out walking.

“Take the dogs with you to the festival, take them right now!” I turn around, there is nobody there. The mask and now the dogs? What nexts next?
I quickly grab the dogs and continue my walk to the festival. After 30 minutes of stopping for the dogs to pee and sniff random things, we make it to the festival. As i'm about to enter the festival I now see a horse tied to a tree. I knew I had to walk over there. As i'm walking there I hear, “Take the horse with you as well.” I turned around and scream “Bloody hell.” There is a Jason mask on the horse. What is happening? I'm just trying to have a good day for once.
I dropped everything, the dogs, the horse, and the masks and started to walk to the tractor to see the sunflower field. I knew that seeing these sunflowers would make me happy. I see them, they are so tall, they are the prettiest sunflowers ever. I thought to myself, “I should have brought my mom here, this would have made her very happy.”

Its starting to get dark so I start to walk home. I got to my apartment and noticed that there was a box. Labeled yet again, “Do not open.” Sweet! Could be day get any worse?

The sun was shining into my apartment window which caused me to wake up. I hate being woken up by the sun, it happens way to often. I should probably do something about that. I checked my phone to see if I had any text messages. No messages. Two things have gone wrong so far this morning and my day just started. The Mystery Box

My day started at 4:38 AM when I was awoken by a frantic call from my mother. "Wake up right now Christian, hurry over here it's an emergency!" Thats all my mom said to me and then she hung up. I had no idea what was going on. As I rushed out of bed there was a knock on my apartment door. I thought that it was very strange due to the fact that it was now 4:45 in the morning, nobody was ever up this early around here. I hurried to the door and looked outside, there was a box label in big letters Christian, under it in small print it said "Don't open until 7:01 PM tonight". All I could think about was how strange this morning has been and how it has just started. I grabbed my coffee and ran down the stairs because the elevator would take too long. It was very scary walking to my mom's house this early in the morning with nobody around, only creepy homeless people sitting on the sides of the street begging for money.
